“The pilots were professional and pleasant. They met us at the bottom of the FIRST Bahn. We rode the gondola to the top and walked a short distance to the edge of the mountain. The valley below was excruciatingly beautiful. Ages 45, 16, 13, and 9 were paired with pilots, given an helmet, strapped in, started walking tandem down the gentle slope, their paraglide filling with air behind them, and soon all 4 were lifted up and flying off the edge of the mountain; laughing with delight and soaring above Grindelwald in wide circles. It was awesome just to watch my family enjoying this spectacular experience. I rode the FIRST gondola down and met them at the landing meadow. The stories and smiles they have in the recounting are never ending. Do it!!
