“I tried to buy online 2 days ago and yesterday but it would not let me pass to next stage without adding an avatar for my sons which I did not want to do. I tried maybe 10 times and then had to wait until. Today when it eventually worked but it cost be an extra 45CHF due to price increasing on the day. Very frustrating. Also I did not know how to add insurance with the pass. You need to make this process easier and not fair to add cost every day if not my fault.”

The prices are the same every day (depending on the ticket: adults 102 CHF / children or with Swiss Travel Pass 51 CHF).
I cannot exactly see what the additional 45 CHF were charged for – 3 adult tickets cost 306 CHF, plus the service fees, which are still well below 45 CHF.
