Many thanks for your review and feedback. We are sorry that the First Cliff Walk was closed.
The ticket we offer is for the gondola ride to First. At the top, in addition to the Cliff Walk, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy, such as the First Flyer or Monster Scooter. Of course, First is also a paradise for hikers and nature lovers – that’s why we offer the ticket for the gondola ride even when some activities are closed.

“The website is extremely difficult to understand and make sense of.
Even though we bought tickets online at 1030am on a Thursday, by the time we got on the first gondola all the activities were “sold out.”
The website needs to be completely re-done & simplified. Making it easy to understand that:
1. The first gondola takes you to certain activities only & after you have purchased the gondola tickets, you need to also buy separate tickets for the activities.
2. That mountains / gondolas take you to different attractions & that you must buy separate tickets for different gondola rides.
3. That you must figure out how to use public transportation (bus and/or train) to get from one mountain/gondola to the next.
4. That depending on the time of year, and depending on the activity, different rides, gondolas, and activities all close at different times of the day.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and am somewhat surprised that the website is this un-user friendly, as I would imagine I’m not the first to give this type of feedback.
