“I got the small mystery box. And I got 6 tangles! They came in a timely matter and all of them are different! Which is amazing because you get to try multiple different styles. Unfortunately one tangle came with a defect, but I emailed them about it and they emailed me back less than an hour later to resolve the issue! They resent me a new one of the defective tangle, AND included another tangle as a gift. All free of charge. So not only are the tangles amazing, but they have incredible customer service. I am very pleased as a first time customer and I will absolutely be ordering again in the future and recommending them to all of my friends!”
