The huge issue was that Evri didn’t deliver the parcel, Darryn in Customer Services left it over a week to wait for feedback from them. He then agreed to send out another coat ‘if’ in stock. I checked the stock for him to let him know indeed it was, then waited another 4 days for the new one to arrive. No next day delivery or we’ll send you one straight out. Waited a total of 26 days.”
