So on the plus side- fragrances are quite nice and on point.
Cons- customer service to set up a replacement is pretty much nonexistent.
There is No number to call and have a quick chat.
Online customer service portal - Never got a reply to any of my questions, and although I’ve eventually got a replacement of Halfeti, the whole experience has put me off buying again. It’s fine if you do not need to replace or contact them… if you do need to replace, you’ve been warned.
Shame really as the website and marketing are not bad at all.”
