“I did not receive my 5 samples which I paid for. I did email you and you received my email as you responded to it saying you received it! The Royal Mail did not deliver as they said they couldn’t read the address on the parcel properly! And then I got another email of The Royal Mail saying it arrived at their Widnes office. I have asked for some to be resent which I ordered but have received nothing back.”
