Great syringes. Do what they need to do reliably. Will say they work better with any mixture put through them being on the runnier side, with the nozzle being narrower. And they do start to hurt my hands a wee bit after a while using them, because the tabs near the bottom are quite narrow. I’d like to see them a bit wider for comforts sake. But if you’re not using them for extended periods like I have been, it might not be an issue.

Very helpful when “syringe feeding” a poorly bun. Note that the food needs to be of a toothpaste consistency and free of lumps. Syringe plunger glides easily and administering the right amount of food is easy. Because these syringes are in three parts, the case, the plunger and the rubber bung, they can be easily washed. A pipe cleaner will help you clean the end although, you can buy special bottle brushes for this purpose. It is important to note though, repeated washing will make the plunger stiff and less likely to glide. I found a dab of cooking oil around the edge of the bung will restore its glide in no time. Preferably use vegetable or sunflower oil because olive can go rancid quicker. Not sure if coconut is poisonous, so preferably avoid this.

Very easy to use. Nozzle is wide enough in diameter for for different kinds of foods when handrearing baby animals and birds.

This is so much better and easier to syringe feed a poorly rabbit than a normal syringe. An essential item for any rabbit owner just in case the rabbit becomes unwell and they need to be syringe fed.
