“Really really cute and flowy! It’s long enough to wear a pair of shorts beneath and wear as a dress, but still be able to rock it as a top with some jeans. I wish the bell sleeves were a little smaller, there is too much material and it seems to swallow me up and takes away from the top. Otherwise, super cute.”
