“Pretty embroidery but the quality not there for the price. Also, it was packaged poorly. Rolled up tight and shoved in a bag too small for it.
The fit was true but didn’t love it. It had a cheap look to it. Disappointed.”

“I looked up size guides and thought i was getting the right size, when it came in it was a little small. That’s more my fault. I was going to return/exchange it but they don’t offer free returns so i ended up keeping it because it’s still wearable. The fake fur seems a bit cheap/stringy like it should be brushed or groomed. Also the coat is crinkly? I think there is a layer in between the outside and lining that makes an awful crinkle sound. Overall, it’s an ok coat, the quality is a bit cheaper than i was expecting. I’d only get it on sale”
