“Prior to our stay I needed to reach out to Customer Services for a request which was dealt with promptly and responded to the same day and it helped us out massively with a sudden work committment causing a problem with our original booking.
Really nice lodge in a great location for our planned trip to Chester Zoo and a great alternative to a local hotel. The hot tub and BBQ on the decking were very nice to use and the amenities inside were more than sufficient. Only observation we'd make is that the oven had no internal light and the bed was too firm for both of us. We enjoyed making use of the farm shop too and went down the road to the Fox & Hound (I think that's the name of the pub?) for a great meal as well. We'd absolutely stay again!”
