We are delighted to introduce our Medical Alert bag tag / key fobs with your personalised information printed directly onto the back of each tag.These plastic key fobs can be snapped off from the others giving you 3 great tags which can be attached to a zip, bag etc.On the reverse of the fobs, we can print any details you require such as a name, your In Case of Emergency (ICE) phone number, medical conditions, etc. (Please note, the fobs won't say "Line 1, Line 2, etc.)
We can fit 7 lines of text on the back with 23 characters (including spaces) per line.
Each tag measures 54mm x 28mm.
