“Gave 3 stars delivery was actually quite quick. I bought the cooling pad as seriously struggling with menopausal night sweats and the heat combined. The pad doesn’t reach the bottom of the bed once the pillow is in, also, when the pillow is in, there’s no gap between shoulder and pillow to get comfy.
Here’s the actual big problem, the pad doesn’t cool you at all, zero difference, just something else to wash! Even my dogs won’t sleep on it. Really, truly disappointed. Feel like menopausal women are being ripped off left right and centre with all these fake promises of help to relieve symptoms.”

“It is lovely and cold when I first get into bed,but before long it's warms up to my body temperature,which is ok if I'm not super hot but when I'm very hot it dosnt keep me cool for long unfortunately. Now the temp at night is cooler I'm useing it as it helps me sleep. But if only it would stay cold for longer.”
