“This is a good product. Only downside is the amount of tweezing necessary to remove chicken feathers and hairs. We love chicken skin and unfortunately, most of the skin had to be removed to eliminate the chance of stray hairs in my chicken tikka masala. I was planning to roast it, but the lack of skin does not allow for a perfect roast. Otherwise, this would have 5 stars!”
