“I was introduced to meat clubs hampers recently and was pleasantly surprised to find wild fish available too. The sea bream was chosen as a white fish that was versatile, I chose to season it lightly and just serve with lentils so I can approach the fish. It’s fresh, meaty fillet was perfect and now I’m confident to make many others dishes with it. I’m gonna try a Thai fish cake with it now as I reckon it can take strong flavours.”
