The Lamb is very tender! Even before I slow cooked it, it was considerably tender! With a chopper, these can make great steaks!

Meat is always tender and not too strong-smelling, and not too fatty in general. Fits well into my normal crockware. One of my favourite places to get lamb in Singapore.

I am an Australian that has been living and working in Asia for 40 years - These meatclub lamb shanks are the best I have ever had anywhere (including back home in Australia) they are meaty and extremely lean and I can highly recommend them!
