The meat texture was just perfect, extremely soft and not to mention that I didn’t share a piece of it.
I don’t eat deep fried food, so I used an air fryer and with an 9/10 rate and and oven at high temperature for 15 to 20 min (yes i like it crunchy) with an 8/10 rate!!
Into a wrap with lattuce, cheese, capsicums (all 3 colours cooked with onion) and a bit of mayo, it will reach 11/10 rate!!! Addictive”
