“I like the 250g cuts of Angus Ribeye that it becomes a regular monthly subscription thing for me. It's a perfect piece for 1 pax and especially when drinking red wine on one of those chill days. Rub both sides of the steak in good quality olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Then leave it chilled in the fridge for an hour. Take out and oven bake each side at 80C temperature for 8 minutes each side. Pan fry at high heat in butter. This has become my monthly routine and/or craving steaks.”
