Laura, international deliveries are delayed at the moment but you should have received September's box ages ago. Sounds like it's gone astray. Drop us an email on team@thepipbox.co.uk and we will get that resolved for you :)

Hi Roisin, We posted the October box via Royal Mail on Monday (so its only the 3rd working day and the post office are a little slower at the moment with the whole Covid thing!). I'd expect your parcel to arrive in the next day or two. When it does arrive could you come back here and update your review - 1 star as you're waiting on the postman is a bit harsh :) Thanks

It’s a fab way to discover new products and brands, and a lovely treat to receive every month. “I have been having the Pip Box now for over 3 years and I have to say I have honestly never had a disappointing box. They are that good that I always purchase the one off summer specials etc. and Christmas advent calendars. I love discovering new brands each month, all of which are vegan and cruelty free. If you have a problem with anything the team are always there to support you. I really cannot rate them highly enough!”
