“I've only been taking the 5 mushroom blend capsules for 10 days so I can't report huge changes as yet! However, so saying, just 2 days after starting to take the capsules, I noticed I was more "with it" in the mornings which usually isn't a great time of day for me. I am normally groggy. I have Fibromyalgia & ME and due to this chronic illness, I've been suffering every morning from Fibro fog since 2007! I was amazed to realised I was much more alert in the mornings since taking the capsules. Great so far!”
