“Very good mattress and good value for money, however they do not collect the old mattresses as stated on their web page and despite calling to discuss this with them, as the third party carrier said they don't collect mattresses, no one answered the call or returned my email. This resulted in me having to dispose of the old mattress at my own expense.”
