“Placed the order with bed being in stock, received email saying it’s not in stock and have to wait a month. Waited, when delivery company got in touch, I found out that assembly is not included! I chose the option and it was in order details that assembly included. However, Mathew who I dealt with, denied it all and raised his voice and hang up on the phone. So disappointed especially that I need to tell my child that the bed is not coming. So ridiculous”
