“We knew we wanted a solid wooden ottoman style bed and this is literally the only one on the market web could find. The construction of the bed components is first class and with some help you’ll be able to put the bed together in around 30 minutes as it is quite heavy (to be expected). The lift mechanism is excellent. If I had to find fault the only small issue is that you receive a small spanner made from pressed steel which warped putting the bed together, so you could risk rounding off the nuts when tightening. Just use your own tools instead and you’ll be fine.”

“Love the bed, it's great but two man delivery was advertised which is the reason we went with sleepstation. To be fair they did request this from the suppliers via email. Single delivery driver arrived for drop off delivery only. The reason the service was not so great is every time I tried calling sleepstations phone number I could only ever leave a message which I did and no one called me back to even apologise.”

Firstly i'm glad you like the bed they are very nice! I'm fairly certain I spoke to someone regarding this issue with only one man turning up (due to his second man having the flu) and apologising profusely for the inconvenience. Unfortunately sometimes these things do happen i'm afraid and they are out of our control; but im sorry you found our service to be lacking; if you send me an email with your order details I can send you out some pillows as an apology?

“This is a truly fantastic item! The bed is very sturdy, well-made, has generous storage and is definitely comfortable with the right mattress on it (also from Bed Station). In fact, after I got one, I did not hesitate and ordered another for the other bedroom. It's definitely worth the money and I would order another one without a doubt. It's fair to mention that the delivery company are pretty flexible and delivered the item at a day and time convenient to me.”

“I ordered an Emporia Monaco oak bed from the Sleep Station mainly because it was exactly what I was looking for and at a better price than I could find anywhere else. I eventually ended up buying a 'second' at a discounted price, but you would really struggle to find the reason for it being classed as a second. I received excellent service throughout my queries and the ordering and delivery process with speedy responses to my emails. The product was delivered exactly when they said and was easy to assemble. One (non-critical) missing part was delivered by courier promptly within a couple of days of my pointing this out. The bed itself is exceptionally solid and worth every penny, but the service received was a rare treat in these days.”

“Ordering an item described as having 'slight damage' even with the very detailed photos supplied by the company is rather worrying. However when the item arrived, bang on time by two extremely helpful delivery people, I could barely see the slight knock, and I am VERY particular. The person on the other end of the phone (Matthew) couldn't have been more helpful and I can't recommend him or the sleep station too highly. Excellent value for money and great service to match. Well done and thank you.”
