“I placed an order on the understanding it was a preorder, as they had advertised. I was on holiday at the time and they’d advertised that stock would be in in September, the following month. Which was fine as I would be back when they sent the stock out. However, they sent the product the following day. Going against what they’d advertised and not what I had agreed to, as I placed an order on preorder. It then got delivered 6 days before I got home and just left outside my house. By the time I got home it wasn’t there. They are not willing to help me. I have spoken to the delivery company who told me to speak to the company as they can’t do anything. The smooth company customer service is atrocious. I am now £52 out of pocket as they told me to go to my bank if I want to but they’re not doing anything.”
