“I totally understand why these items cannot be returned and exchanged if worn, but if I had simply held the cover to my skin before removing from the plastic packaging, I would have seen they were too dark. But it’s okay, there was an October special that gave you a free pair with your online order so I got the color I needed at no cost with my order so I didn’t have to purchase another pair. I am only marking them down 1 star because I misjudged my shade by the website photos not because of item quality or size in any way. I would order biscotti again if/when I ever need more again.”
