“I originally purchased this corset in summer 2025 and the sizing was so small. Initially very disappointed, because the style and quality was gorgeous. Well, I was very surprised when I got an email from Thistle and Spire letting me know they reworked their sizing on this piece and wanted to send me this piece for free! I received the corset within 10 biz days and was so so so excited to see it finally fit true to size! Honestly, so admirable that they read the reviews, listened to their customer base, and made updates. THEN offered to make it right! So few companies have this kind of integrity these days. I love this corset and so does my hubby :p”

“I initially purchased this corset when it was first released and was in love with the quality but quite disappointed with the way it fit, specifically because I noticed a very large amount of gapping in the lacing on the back. It sold out very quickly and there wasn't really a way to exchange it for a larger size, so I ended up forgetting about it and left it buried in my dresser for many months. It sounds like there were many complaints about the sizing of this particular piece, and I was surprised to see an email not too long ago from Thistle and Spire about reformulating this piece and offering to send the updated version in hopes it lived up to my expectations better. They did initially send the next size up for me to try which was significantly larger in the bust, and when I emailed them back about trying my actual size again for a fair comparison, they were more than happy to do that instead. I am very pleased to say that the reformulation of this corset significantly improved it and I have much less gapping in the back which makes me actually want to wear it. I am so beyond impressed with the integrity of this company and the interactions I had with them, it is so rare for a company to make a product right when it misses the mark and I am thrilled that I will actually get to wear this beautiful piece instead of it just having to sit in my wardrobe. Thank you Thistle and Spire, you have made a huge fan of me for not only your customer service, but also your beautiful designs, and very much so this corset. This piece really is a unique and beautiful addition to my wardrobe and I am overjoyed to have it fit right.”

“I originally purchased this on its first release and found it to be too small even though I have several bras, bodysuits and underwear in the same size that I absolutely adore however thistle and Spire reached out with this new release to send me another now the sizes have been adjusted, it is beautiful and fits much better, maybe I have a short torso though because it still doesn't quite fit how I would like. Fantastic service though and I highly recommend all of their products especially the medusa collection and the chanterelle collection”

“Absolutely love the vibe of this set, the fit is stunning with the exception of the boning in the back side pieces. Those two are a little more giving and my back fat sticks out. The structure is slimming and feels well made. You could potentially wear it out as a top, but definitely is a hot number for the bedroom. The fabric is sturdy, thick, and luxurious while keeping sexy elements like sheer fabric and detailed heart outline and frilly ruffles on both sides of the hips. I ordered it the first time around and the fit was not true to size. Lost some weight and retried the product and was impressed by the changes made in the sheer fabric used and the fit of the garment. This fits more true to size. I ordered a 1x and I am a solid 14 women's. Do not wait and give it a try. It is a beautiful piece to include in your wardrobe.”

“Absolutely love this, it has become my favorite in my collection. The sizing was perfect and the corset in the back is easy to adjust. Very sturdy and looks even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!”
