“Avoid this company at all costs! The delivery date they give you I think they just pluck out the air, it took 3 emails for them to reply but by that time I'd gave up and finally got a refund with just a sorry with no explanation. Totally useless!”
“Ordered 21st February just arrived today & they sent wrong colour took a month to get it wrong !!! No reply to emails no number to ring avoid at all cost if I was you. Was a gift for someone too so ruined that as well.

“We ordered our mats on 21st Feb so according to the information, should have heard something by now as to the status of the order. Having heard nothing, I have emailed and emailed and emailed....still no response which I find very rude. There is no number to phone which is actually slightly disturbing as it makes one suspicious. Having read other reviews on here it would seem that delivery is about 21 days which is fine if the company would keep us up to date with the order status as has been promised”
“Ordered mats from here in November 2021. They took about 20 odd days to come and they were the wrong ones! Sent them back couple of days after the delivery. I've emailed them lots of times about my refund and they ignore me. Wouldn't buy from this site. Its a con, they take forever to send the mats out, by the time you get them and then send them back its to late. They emailed me three weeks after I ordered the mats to say they've processed my order. Actually took them 3 weeks to do that”
