Hi Omer, I'm sorry you're disappointed by your experience with us. I'd just like to clarify what happened here. Unfortunately when you made your order with us, you entered your address incorrectly. This meant that DHL were unable to deliver your parcel. They did try and make contact with you, unsuccessfully. This resulted in the parcel being returned to us. As per the law, we had to dispose of the package as when a treatment has been prescribed and labelled, it cannot be resold or reshipped. As there is no error from our side or DHL, in this instance I'm afraid you aren't eligible for refund. I hope that explains the situation in more detail for you.
