Just to let you know, when you sign up to a treatment plan, we’ll always email you a few days before we get your next order ready, asking you if there’s anything you want to change, or if you’d like to cancel or skip your next delivery. It may be the case that this email slipped into your spam folder, which we can’t control – but if you didn’t receive it at all, please let us know.
You’ve also got the option to cancel, pause or skip deliveries any time, with a few clicks in your patient account. Please let us know if you need any help finding where to do this, and we’ll be happy to take you through it in more detail.

The responses you give here go straight to our clinician, and sometimes they can give you personalised advice to help you get more out of your treatment. They can also give you recommendations if you’re looking to change doses or switch treatment, and help you find something else that works better.
You can also drop us a message any time if there’s a problem with your treatment, or if you need to ask our clinician a question. They’ll be happy to help in any way they can.
“Ich habe des Medikament Vareniclin sofort nach Erhalt eingenommen und nach dem 2.Tag haben die Zigaretten schon nicht mehr geschmeckt, Am 4.Tag habe ich das Rauchen aufgehört und das ist jetzt schon 2 Wochen her! Ich werde die Entwöhnung 12 Wochen machen, um dieses mal endgültig vom rauchen wegzukommen. Vareniclin stoppt die Entzugserscheinungen und läßt die Zigaretten nicht mehr schmecken, ich finde sie Top! Zwar etwas teuer, aber jeden Cent wert!”
