I have finally hit my goal weight! I haven't said that for maybe 30 years. I have lost 44kg. Perservere it really works.
I have found Wegovy to easy to use, it is an injection but its very short (about 5mm long) and very slim, and most of the time you do not feel anything at all. I was lucky i didn't really have any major side effects.
When you are on the full mg dose you do not eat much, its easy to skip meals because you are not hungry - but you must remember to eat :) and try to get in the habit of chosing healthy food.
Make sure you also consider taking vitamins too - you are eating so little you need to ensure that you are getting the right amount of nutrients.
What i would say is i didn't excercise enough so i seem to have lost allot of muscle along with my weight, i will now have to work to build that back up again.
