“I had minimum side effects mainly constipation but once you learn how to eat it gets better. Also make sure you eat regular health meals so when you come off you do t gain the weight back.”
“Even with the stars does I had so much diarrhea and nauseousness and dyspepsia, had stay at home for three days because of pain, diarrhea and vomiting. It makes you eat less though, but I’m not sure if the symptoms way up to the results so far”

“Ich bin nun in Woche fünf und bin mit der Wirkung insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Mein Appetit wird gut reguliert und die Sättigung tritt schneller ein und hält auch länger an. Man muss jedoch selber die Entscheidung treffen die Ernährung auch anzupassen, gesünder zu essen und nach kleinen Portionen auch aufzuhören.”
