“Following up on my previous review titled Disappointment, I decided to continue with the treatment since, as I mentioned, it was going well in the beginning. However, I was asked to approve payment for the next dose, and after doing so, It was the wrong 1 mg dose again. To make matters worse, the order was canceled, and while I'm waiting for the reimbursement, I can't approve a new payment for the correct dose. This has now caused a disruption to my treatment.
Once again, I contacted customer service, as this was clearly Treated’s mistake. The correct batch is available, and this is the second time this has happened to me. I expected them to rectify the situation by sending the correct dose as a gesture of goodwill, but their response—along with their attitude—has left me highly disappointed. The least they could do is ensure the proper shipment without further hassle. So I guess you will be hearing from me again with another disappointment of distrupting my treatment. Highly disappointed.”
We're really sorry for the confusion and disruption with your order. There was an error that caused the wrong dose of Wegovy to be auto-selected, but we've now fixed this and switched it to the correct dose. We understand how frustrating this has been and regret the inconvenience it’s caused. A new order for the correct dose is ready, and we can ship it as soon as everything is approved on your end.
