“Ordered Wegovy which was a breeze came inside a well packaged box ! All instructions and videos seem simple and easy but the first one injection. Well it was all wasted didn’t go through the skin so I thought ok maybe the second one well it only worked for half the product the needle isn’t bringing the fluid the way needles should had a nightmare so £100 wasted and customer service plain ignorant saying I used it all am flabbergasted why woukd I waste my time and effort and money to be trying to get another pen it’s disgusting I haven’t got the time for that and too old to be treated like I don’t know what I am doing”

“I ordered my product but unfortunately dpd had sent it back to the pharmacy twice with no explanation. Zeeshan (hope I have spelt his name right) was so lovely and updated me with how my order was processing. We think the problem initially was to do with me living in Northern Ireland. I got the delivery, yes with a delay of about a week but I had constant updates and zeeshan was so lovely and it was no fault of their own.
Highly recommend and zeeshan was a breath of fresh air to deal with :)”
