“I am very please with the Wegovy treatment and the impact it has gad on my weight and general health.
I have experienced little side effects, a bit of constipation and that is all. I have lost 20 kilos since I started treatment as of March this year and my blood pressure dropped to 120/80. I feel great and have more energy and flexibility. The folks at Treated have provided good service ensuring my monthly Wegovy package arrives on time and checking to see I am satisfied with the treatment. The only downside is how expensive the treatment is, as it is not covered by insurance in the Netherlands and I am retired and on a fixed income.”
“My interaction with customer service was terrible, to say the least. To explain, I started with the Wegovy 0.25 mg dosage, which was perfect—my appetite decreased, and I saw good results. However, when I upgraded to 0.5 mg, I was highly disappointed. I didn’t feel the effect of Wegovy at all (persistent food noise + sweet cravings...) , and given the price, it was doubly disappointing. So, I did some research and saw that I had the option to upgrade my next dosage. Instead of the automatic upgrade to 1 mg, I requested 1.7 mg since I hadn’t experienced any side effects during my treatment, and because I was dissatisfied with the 0.5 mg.
Please keep in mind that these lower dosages are prescribed to help the body adjust to potential side effects, which I didn’t have. I requested the change, and the doctor CONFIRMED the modification. I received an email to pay, which I did, and I started waiting for my shipment for the 1.7mg.
However, I still received the 1 mg dosage. I contacted customer service to ensure I got the proper shipment, as my doctor had confirmed the change after reviewing my health. The person I spoke with lacked empathy and kept repeating the same thing, essentially gaslighting me into believing I had only changed the shipment date and not the dosage. I provided screenshots and reminded them that they could check previous correspondence between treated.nl and me, where the change was confirmed, but the representative was not listening. They then said they would check with technical support to see IF I had requested a dosage upgrade (the screenshots show that I made a dosage adjustment), as if I didn’t know what I was doing (then they ghosted me).
So, not only was I still feeling disappointed with the ineffectiveness of the 0.5 mg dosage and confused about receiving the wrong order, but the customer service experience made me feel even worse, as if my concerns were being ignored. Needless to say, no technical service contacted me, and it has already been several days. I am due to start my next dosage in a couple of days, so this has definitely been a 0/10 experience for me. I will be stopping my treatment shortly, as it no longer meets my specific needs. Such a shame for treated platform.”

“I’ve been using wegovy for awhile. I stopped for a short period of time as I was travelling but started again on a low dosage and it’s been amazing. I lost 25lb and I’ve been working out three days a week in order to keep my muscle tone. I would say working out and continuing to eat healthy is the key because when you come off of wegovy , you want to be in good physical shape but also have a good eating habits so you can sustain the weight loss.”
