“This product must be used on a regular basis, I would suggest for a man such as myself an intake of two capsules first thing in the morning, two midday and two about 7pm. I`m a 56 male who used to get up far to often for those nightly trips to the toilet. These capsules should always be ingested with a large glass of water for maximum affect. I find my nightly visits less frequent and sometimes I sleep through. The price I find to be very realistic and competitive for this great benefit to my life.”
