“I heard about Turmeric and its use with black pepper could help with a number of health issues, I am now suffering with dodgy knees and thought I would try Turmeric with black pepper in scrambled eggs for breakfast each day and after a couple of weeks started to notice less pain, I then did and online search as I did not really enjoy the taste of the Turmeric although was putting up with it as my knees certainly seemed less stiff and painful, I found these tablets amongst others and after some research I felt these appeared the best I could find so purchased some and started to take them, its early days yet - about 3 weeks in - but the knees are much less painful and generally I have to say I feel in very good health especially as its the middle of Winter which is the worst time of year for general health and well being, I will definitely be purchasing more when current supplies run out.”

“As I said; I bought these to relieve Rheum. Arthritis without the need for medication, time will tell how effective they are. It takes time whatever remedy you use. I aim to use for at least 3 months as a fair trial”

“I first bought Turmeric after reading a newspaper article which said it was good for pain relief. I found a lot more information on the internet and decided to give it a try. I had suffered numerous problems with my back and found out late in 2015 that I had osteoporosis with several spinal compression fractures. I took one capsule and felt some benefit within a couple of hours - unbelievable but true. I have taken just one capsule a day ever since. I recommend tham to all my friends.”
