This product is one capsule daily which I find preferable although it needs to be taken for at least a month before results are noticeable. I know this product works for me as I suffer with various aches and pains in my back and hips. I took the product for several months initially with obvious easing of my discomfort and then refrained from taking it for a while and the pains returned. I'm back taking them again now and I feel a lot better so I am convinced this product works. Coupled with the excellent value for money makes this a must!

After doing some research I put my dog on green lipped mussel after suffering from a knee injury. I first started on a oil product but it was many little pills and got a bit overwhelming (not to mention expensive). I found Troo Green Lipped Mussel and bought 4 bottles...and I have to say I'm impressed! My dog's inflammation is reduced and his mobility is increased. So I tried it on my smaller dog that has back issues...and he's back to his normal bouncy self! So with that success I figured I'd try it too...after injuring my elbow (lifting my 120lb dog I might add)...and I can totally see a difference! If I miss a pill my elbow is stiff and sore. SO I will continue ordering this product and recommend it to all my friends!!! It is definitely worth the money!

I got this originally on[@] for my mother in law and now get it from here as it works out cheaper. She gets a lot of pain in her hip due to arthritis. The green lipped mussel seems to have helped her and she is moving much better now and is very happy with this product. She has also just started using glucosamine sulphate with it. The only complaint is that it doesn not smell the best but doesn't seem to taste bad so it's no big deal.
