“I've purchased Troo Health's Vitamin K2-MK7 capsules for several years. I notice my teeth are healthier when I take them. But I don't trust any vitamin manufacturer when Trading Standards doesn't routinely test products to see if they're genuine or not. I've just received a new packet of Vitamin K2-MK7 from Troo Health and this time the capsules are a different colour. They're white instead of the usual brownish-grey colour. So I'm suspicious. If I notice any difference after taking them I shall purchase from a different company instead. The health of my teeth and bones is too important to risk.”

“I take Vitamin K2 along with other nutrients to support bone health. I already have osteoporosis but I'm hoping the next Dexa scan will show improvement. Bones are not static so I fully believe osteoporosis can be reversed with the right lifestyle changes.”
