I take this product daily as the evidence for its benefits is clear. I was impressed with the information available on the Troo website for this and other supplements, and shall be placing repeat orders in due course.

I have been taking these capsules for the last 9 months as vitamin K is essential in the process of producing healthy bone turnover and as I have osteoporosis I am very keen to keep my bones as healthy and strong as possible. I have also noticed that my nails have become a lot stronger and in good condition, since starting the capsules, so all in all I feel that the capsules are very beneficial for me.

I use these tablets to aid the absorption of Vitamin D3 Calcium tablets which I am prescribed for prevention of osteoporosis which may result from the aromatase inhibitors I have to ward of recurrence of breast cancer - so far my calcium levels in my blood are stable and my latest dexa scan shows no deterioration

I read on the HealthUnlocked website that when taking vitamin d you should also take vitamin k2 as it helps 'direct' calcium to bones and teeth and not to soft tissues. The capsules were tasteless and easy to swallow.
