Vitamin K is important for good bone health. It is usually found in animal products, this is a regular and easy way to get it.

I am happy with my purchase of these Capsules so far and since I've just started taking them, it's a bit early to experience any results. They are easy to swallow and I love the shape of the container which can be posted through the letterbox. The delivery was quick too!

take them with my vitamin D. A lot of reviewers appear to be in dreamland, will wait for monthly bloods. I'm sure they'll be fine. taking with vitamin D to ensure calcium goes to my bones & not to my blood stream (dangerous!!) hypercalcemia will occur, people must take K with their D to get full health benefits.

I take K2 plus vitamin D the latter when it is not sunny, in the evening. K2 is supposed to help get calcium into the bones, so I trust it is helping with that.
