“Since taking D- Mannose I have had no 'pre- UTI symptoms'. It helped clear up symptoms after taking antibiotics and I will continue to take them as a preventative.”

“These work for me. I have MS so prone to occasional UTIs. I've found 3 tablets at first sign of anything developing calms everything down and have not suffered an infection since using them.”

“I am prone to UTI's I find D-Mannose helpful if infection is caught early enough in my case avoiding prescription drugs. I am now trying to work out the optimum dose for daily use to avoid infection if at all possible. Obviously if the infection does not improve in 2 - 3 days it is a good idea to seek medical advice.”

“friend recommended them and they work quickly took 6 with water then an hour later another 6 symptoms gone within 3 hours now take 6 a day to keep it at bay and they work”
