“life changing product - I can prevent most UTI's now, instead of having frequent miserable attacks, which would end up with antibiotics. I wouldn't be without them now. Highly recommend trying as a preventative measure, but also helps once an attack has began. Thank you,”

“Having the signs of a 3rd UTI since April I didn't want to have another course of antibiotics. I found out about D Mannose online and thought it was worth a try. After 3 days taking 3 capsules twice a day my urine was clear. I still have occasional urgency and burning but my urine has remained clear for the last month. I now take 2 capsules twice a day and will try to reduce this further and see how things go. I am so glad I tried this product.”

“Having been on a long term antibiotic for a U.T,I. my GP suggested I try D-Mannose tablets. Taking 3 per day for two weeks I then stopped taking the antibiotic on a thursday evening to hopefully be able to control the infection with these D-Mannose tablets. unfortunately on the Sunday morning i had to go back onto the antibiotic. Therefore i have stopped taking the D-Mannose as they didn't work for me.”
