“I use this product to help me stop being so hungry whilst trying to slim down, it also helps detox your insides. I take two - six a day depending on how hungry i'm feeling! They are not a meal replacement and I still eat healthily along side taking them but they enable me to eat less. They are also great for clearing your system out and cleaning your insides out!”

“I take four of these a day, every morning. They suppress appetite as they fill up the stomach, and are the most effective and efficient fibre sources I have found for the purposes of scouring the colon. Highly effective against both constipation and diarrhoea. Also aids better sleep quality, as stomach is working to efficiency. Relatively expensive compared to colonic hydrotherapy, but more effective. I couldn't recommend psyllium husk more highly”
