The time commitment is insane - each session took about 2 hours for legs, underarms, and bikini area. Twice weekly. That's over 100 hours wasted on something that didn't work. Customer service was a complete joke. When I reached out, they just sent basic tips I was already following and then ghosted me. Like, seriously? After all the time and money I invested?”
