Continued using it hopefully, until it began delivering electric shocks through the button. Shortly after, hair removal effectiveness disappeared completely. Now experiencing uneven results and regrowth. Support won't assist since return period expired. Two stars because it initially showed promise, though uncertain if all units deteriorate similarly.”
