“Deeply disappointed with everything about this experience burned my skin badly even on lowest setting causing severe irritation and redness despite following instructions exactly customer service was initially helpful sending a return label and promising refund once device received but weeks passed with no refund contacted support only to hear they had no record of return request even after providing tracking proof and label copy had to waste time filing paypal dispute which got rejected since item matched photos now dealing with bank dispute process taking forever avoid this horrible product and companys terrible service complete waste of time and money”
