“Dealing with this company has been nightmarish. Their device caused severe burns even on lowest setting. Support initially acted concerned, provided return label, promised refund. Weeks later - nothing. Contacted them, claimed no return request existed. Sent tracking proof - ignored! PayPal dispute useless since product "matched description". Now fighting through bank channels. Dangerous product, terrible service. Stay away!”
