“Terrible experience from start to finish. Having dark hair and light skin, I expected results but got nothing. Their 90-day return policy is meaningless since you need 60 days to test. Customer service was completely unhelpful. Would never recommend this to anyone”
“Decided to switch from regular waxing appointments to this home device since it promised lasting results. Used it consistently on my legs and underarms for about 3 weeks now and already seeing changes. My underarm hair growth has slowed down noticeably and leg hair is getting thinner. While my legs still need more work I'm confident they'll be completely smooth with continued use. The instructions are clear about choosing the right setting level. Word of advice start at level 1 even if you're tempted to go higher I learned that lesson when level 4 was too intense for my darker skin. Taking it slow is definitely the way to go.
