“Planned to return this since my upper arm results weren't showing, but then noticed amazing progress on forearms. Having light/medium skin with dark blonde forearm hair and browner upper arm hair made tracking progress interesting. Could really tell the difference around my bicep tattoo where I hadn't treated. Their team's super responsive to emails and totally straightforward about returns. While it's easy to use, it's not completely comfortable - gets hot and can sting if misaligned, sometimes zaps too. Found treating sensitive areas first works best. Keeping it, hoping upper arms catch up.”
