“This device has been such a disappointment. My skin tone and hair color should be perfect according to their guidelines, but I've seen zero improvement. I've stuck to their schedule religiously - three times per week, same days, highest possible intensity, multiple passes each session. Five months later and nothing has changed. The higher settings actually hurt quite a bit. Support wasn't helpful at all, just told me to keep waiting. When I still saw no results, they said I was past the return window. Really wish I hadn't wasted my money on this.”

“Body hair maintenance was getting expensive tried everything possible but nothing lasted more than a day super frustrating tbh found this device been using it for about 4 weeks now and my partner noticed changes takes about 36 hours for regrowth now vs daily before not perfect yet but definitely improving using it 3x weekly hoping for better results soon know its not permanent for my situation but any improvement helps pretty satisfied with my choice”
